Sikh Gurudwara Milton keynes

About the Gurudwara

Welcome to the website of the Sikh Society of Milton Keynes; a registered UK charity. We are proud to present to you Gurudwara Baba Zorawar Singh Ji Baba Fateh Singh Ji, the first Gurudwara in the western world to be named in remembrance of the martyrdom of Baba Zorawar Singh Ji and Baba Fateh Singh Ji on 26th of December 1706. They, the youngest sons of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji (the 10th Sikh Guru), laid the foundations of the Sikh faith and the principle by which Sikhism thrives today - "why lose your faith to save your life? Faith lives with you, even after you die"

The modern Gurudwara was opened on the 4th of November 2007 & can accommodate very large gathering of worshippers; whilst the community kitchen/dinning hall (Langar Hall) can also accommodate to match the large gathering. The gurudwara serves the Sikh and other communities in and around Milton Keynes; promoting the sikh values and cultural. With free punjabi classes being offered to the children and adults alike to help retain our language to running a lunch club for the elderly, we promote harmony and love through faith and religion. A free langar (meals) are always offered to all.

The Trustees Parbandak Committee Sevadars are extremely grateful to all sikhs for their continued support. Please support this good cause and donate generously to help the community and the Gurudwara.
